Our team at Peaceful Moments Pet Aquamation understands the deep bond shared with your beloved pets and the profound loss felt when it is time to say goodbye. We are here to help honor your pet's life with compassion, care, and respect through our gentle and eco-friendly aquamation services.
Aquamation, also known as water cremation or alkaline hydrolysis, is an innovative, environmentally friendly alternative to traditional cremation. using a combination of water flow, temperature, and alkalinity, Aquamation mimics the natural decomposition process, reducing your pet's body to its essential elements. The result is a soft, white ash that can be returned to you, just like traditional cremation but with a much gentler impact on our planet.
Aquamation uses 90% less energy than flame based cremation, and does not release harmful greenhouse gases or pollutants
This process is gentle, using only water and alkali to honor your pet's body naturally.
Aquamation produces 20-30% more ash remains than traditional cremation, providing more of your pet's essence to keep close to your heart.

For those families not requiring their pet’s ashes returned, they can rest assured their beloved family member’s remains will be honored with compassion and dignity. Niko’s Garden was created for just this purpose, overlooking a serene pond where perennials and remembrance trees will be planted with the soil containing the ashes of loved pets. Niko was Laura’s beloved heart-dog who watched over and protected this sacred place in life, and is interred there to forever watch over all pets resting in the garden.
